Special Chicken Roast Recipe - Whole Spicy Roast Chicken in Urdu/Hindi
There is nothing better than spicy, juicy and hot chicken roast in this festive season. You can make it on special occasions like Eid, Christmas or at dinner parties or just as a Sunday roast dinner.
Roast Chicken Ingredients:
1 medium whole chicken
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
5 tbsp yoghurt
2 tsp red chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chart masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt, and some salt for sprinking on chicken
2 tbsp tikka masala
1/4 tsp orange colour
1 lemon for stuffing
1 garlic bulb for stuffing
2 tbsp oil
Roast for 45 minute at 180°C /350°F
Grill chicken on a grill pan with some oil
Roast Vegetables Ingredients:
3 potatoes
3 carrots
1 red capsicum
1 red onion
add any other vegetables you want to add
sprinkle salt according to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
sprinkle some mixed herbs
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Roast for 25 minute at 180°C /350°F
