It is not so long ago I worked on this machine to generally recommission it and a ride I took on it over the Black Mountain and back can be seen among my other videos, a link to which is below. There had been some signs of clutch slip, although this seemed to settle down and I thought no more of it, but it happened while the owner was riding this machine and it got worse. So, back it came and I stripped the clutch, cleaned it and made up a replacement for a disintegrated friction disc inside it.
This test ride was to check the job had been a success and, although some slight slip was evident, it was barely noticeable and after this clip was put together, I realized the clutch pressure plate spring screws were meant to be tightened right down, so this was done, the clutch operation still not being over heavy and the handlebars issue was also put right.
If I can get better sound from the camera somehow, I might take another run, as this bike sounds great!
