Knockout your cardio with a 12-minute jump rope and boxing workout session!
Workout Structure
Two circuits, 2 exercises each (jump rope, unilateral cardio boxing), 45s on/10s rest, 1 minute rest between circuits.
*Make sure to warm-up and cooldown.
Circuit 1
Jump Rope
RIGHT Lead - right hook to body, left uppercut to head, right hook to body
Jump Rope
LEFT Lead – left hook to body, right uppercut to head, left hook to body
Jump Rope
SQUARE UP to bag – alternate punch combo – hook to body – uppercut to head – hook to body
REST

Circuit 2
Jump Rope
