Let me share with you how I reverse my INSULIN RESISTANCE and PCOS during Ramadan.
For iftar, I often go for a well balanced salad (protein, fat, fiber with moderate carb intake)
For suhoor I often eat meals with more carbohydrates or fructose as my insulin's ability to manage blood sugar is stronger in the morning.This Ramadan routine has helped me maintain a balanced blood sugar level, which in turn helps regulate my hormones.
Each year, during Ramadan, I succeed in losing weight and regulating my menstrual cycle.
