Note: The reason Sneaky went for BotrK instead of BT/DD is because of BotrK should provide higher damage output than the other 2 items. Death Dance is the clear choice if defensive stats and sustain was his main priority. In terms of pure damage potential, Essence Reaver and Stormrazor would be better choices, but he already had built a Vampiric Scepter.
