Glasgow is surrounded by several prominent hill ranges, Campsie Fells to the north, the Kilpatrick Hills to the northwest, and the Cathkin Braes to the south.
Dumgoyne hill has to be my favourite out of all the summits on these hill ranges!! The walk can be extended to include the highest point on the Campsie Fells, Earl's Seat.
The summit is a fantastic place to watch the sunset and has amazing distant views of Loch Lomond!!
