▬ Contents of this video ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
• Kneel down on a yoga mat.
• Place the toes of both feet on the ground for support.
• Extend one leg out to the side, with the foot facing forward and the heel aligned with the opposite knee.
• Raise the arm on the same side as the bent knee vertically toward the ceiling, with the wrist bent and the arm in external rotation.
• Extend the opposite arm behind the opposite leg, also with wrist bent and arm in external rotation.
• Look up toward the raised arm, keeping the chin slightly tucked.
• Gently side bend the trunk toward the extended leg to deepen the stretch.
• Push both arms strongly away from the body to create active tension.
• Breathe deeply into the side of the ribcage throughout the stretch.
• Repeat the stretch for the prescribed repetitions, sets, and tempo as indicated in your program.
