Today we tackle Monster Cake in Zelda Breath of the Wild
In the game the cake's description is
It's said that once you have a taste of this cake, you'll never forget its sweetness.
It is a curative item that restore Link's health by refilling eight Heart Containers. Link needs to get one during the side quest "A Parent's Love" in Tarrey Town. It is made by combining Tabantha Wheat, Goat Butter, a Bird Egg, Cane Sugar, and Monster Extract.

Ingrediencts

Cake
For the cake:
2 cups boiling water
1 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 1/4 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Frosting:
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
6 tablespoons cream cheese softened
2 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional
Purple Food Dye

For the Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar

For the Horns
Bar of baking white chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 3 - 9 inch round cake pans. In medium bowl, pour boiling water over cocoa, and whisk until smooth. Let mixture cool. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at time, then stir in vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the cocoa mixture. Spread batter evenly between the 3 prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

To make the frosting: Place fresh blackberries in a small food processor and process until pureed. Place a fine mesh sieve over a small bowl and press the berry puree over the sieve. Discard the seeds.
Place the berry puree into a small saucepan.
Cook over a low heat until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Place the puree into a small bowl and let cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add one cup of powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Add the blackberry puree and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

To make the whip:
Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the freezer. Add the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar, and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form / it’s scoop-able with a spoon and holds its shape.

To make the horns:
Melt Purple candy melts or white choclate (add some puree to it for color) and put into pipping bag
Shap horns on parchment paper and freeze for 5 min.
