This lesson is going to show you:
-How to calculate your caloric maintenance level
-What a deficit, surplus, and recomposition target look like
-How to break those calories down into protein, carbs, and fats based on your goals
-How to adjust these numbers as your body responds(weight changes, increases in weight in the gym, etc.)
