Описание: This session will explore the design and implementation of CEFR-aligned mediation tasks that authentically assess students’ ability to process and transfer information across different modes and contexts. Participants will learn practical approaches to creating balanced assessment tasks, selecting appropriate input materials, developing scoring rubrics, and implementing these assessments in both formal and classroom-based settings. We will consider how AI can be used to as a potential resource to streamline task development. However, the workshop prioritises pedagogical principles and practical implementation strategies. By the end of this session, participants will have a framework for designing integrated skills assessments that are valid, reliable, and feasible within their teaching contexts.
