Описание: Welcome to Day 1 of our Dumbbell Only Workout Series! Today, we are kicking things off with a powerful Push and Core Workout. This session is designed to target your chest, shoulders, triceps, quads, and abdominals.

This workout follows a high-intensity format: 45 Seconds Work / 30 Seconds Rest. We will be completing 3 rounds to maximize muscle growth and fat burn.

Day 1: Push & Core Routine Breakdown:
1 Legs (Quads): Dumbbell Goblet Squat with Calf Raise
2 Shoulders: Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press
3 Triceps: Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension
4 Core: Dumbbell Russian Twist with Legs Off Floor
5 Chest: Dumbbell Bench Press
6 Abs: Dumbbell Overhead Sit-up
