How to Find Your Menstrual Disc Size

Описание: Picking a menstrual disc size is almost too easy. Almost everyone can fit into a "one-size" disc, but if you have a lower cervix a smaller diameter disc might fit you better. And, if your cervix is high, you want to look for a disc with a long removal string or loop.

This advice comes from the POV of a person on the receiving end of thousands (literally) of messages, comments, emails, and live chats. For the users who experience a disc being too large this video may frustrate you, but the fact is most folks fit a one size menstrual discs. And for those who didn't fit a One Size disc or who have a low cervix, there are smaller diameter options available with these newer brands.

Compared to selecting the right menstrual cup, finding a menstrual disc that fits, works, and is comfortable just seems a lot easier. There are ALWAYS exceptions but discs are less finicky and you're more likely to fit the first disc you try with success than the first cup you try if you just randomly picked both without any research. Discs have the drawback of being more involved to insert and are often messier to remove, a small trade-off for comfort and fit.
