MARKTOBERDORF. Visiting the "Saint Martins" barroco church of the town. (Allgäu Region/Germany)

Описание: Welcome to a new video. The Saint Martins Church or Basillica loceated at the small town Marktoberdorf at the beautiful Allgäu region is with its interior design in roccoco an amzing church to see. In this video I show you the inside architecure and from the cemetery the view to the town.


The tour into the church:
I went by car to the town called Marktoberdorf and visited its Saint Martins Church or small Basilica. I used the free parking place for my car and went via a nice way to the Church. Inside I explained what is like to see in the church and talked about the altar and the roof which was painted full with pictures.
At next I went up to the empor and explained the view what you´ll have from under the organ. The rows where out of massive wood and and in the past many people have written thier name in the front railing.
Back in front of the church I went into the cemetery and took a minute for looking down to the town Marktoberdorf. Intersting was that the factory called "Fendt" is the biggest building of the town and its chimney is the highest building of the whole town.

The Saint Martins Church of Marktoberdorf:
The Church is built at a kind of hill over the town and is next to the Wieskirche at Steingaden one of the most beautiful churches of the entire Allgäu region. The inside design is a classic roccoco interior and the outside archetecture in barroc. The church is like a landmarkt for the town Marktoberdorf and has its founding year in the 11th century in form of a romosqure church. Under the time of pastor Joseph Ignaz Klaus the church was changed in todays form. On some times in the year the church is used for masses like on Christmas or Easter. Also the church is popular for weddings young pastors which study theology.


Some info about the town "Marktoberdorf":
The town is loceated at the center of the Allgäu region at south Bavarian and in the district of Swabian. The town includes a small old town, the Saint Martins church and with the biggest income of Economy and industry the factory called Fendt. Marktoberdorf is known for some traditions in particular the voak music from Bavaria and Tirol at Austria. The design of the most of all buildings are the mountain alpin architectur. From Augsburg Central Station more times daily a train arrives Marktoberdorf and continio its route to Kempten and Obersdorf.
