Kimchi with a twist.
Here's a recipe with apple added in which adds a touch of tangy sweetness to balance the intense kick of traditional kimchi
Great business & holiday gift ideas, too.

Ingredients:

1 Kg Napa/Chinese Cabbage or Pechay Baguio
2 Pieces Medium sized Fuji Apple, cubed & 1 pc for the kimchi paste
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Sized White Onion
1 Medium Sized Carrot, julienne
2-3 Stalks Onion Leeks, sliced
1 Tbsp Ginger
1/2 Cup Rock Salt (Using iodized salt will make it too salty)
1/2 Cup Korean Chili Powder
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
1 Cup water + 2 Tbsp Rice Flour + 1 Tbsp Sugar

Note: Here I used 8 oz glass jars for packaging.
