Arrest report Student accused Las Vegas teacher of lewd act in classroom

Описание: Parents at a Las Vegas charter school say they were not informed about the arrest of a teacher accused of performing a lewd act on a student and instead learned about it from News 3 days later.

Francisco Misajon, 48, was arrested Monday, Jan. 5, on suspicion of lewdness with a child under 14, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

According to an arrest report, police received a call that evening regarding an allegation involving a student at Innovations International Charter School. An officer took a report from the student, who said he had been in his classroom earlier that afternoon.

The student told police Misajon called him to his desk and asked if he needed help. The student said he did, and Misajon moved his computer in front of them.
