1. Identifying a unique niche.
It's critical that you find a unique area in your law firm where you can become an expert. By becoming the go-to person for particular matters, you can begin to develop your own book of business and prove to be a valuable addition to the firm.

Additionally, it's a good idea to develop a flat rate service within your niche. Not only is a flat fee easier to sell to clients, but it can be profitable when done right.

2. Creating content.
Once you've decided on a niche, you need to display your expertise by developing content. Write blog posts, record videos, and start a podcast. First, circulate your content internally so that everyone knows what you specialize in. Then, promote it externally to the world.
