Back in 2000 or 2001 the idea for the Stay Tuned show was conceived. The show itself was born out of an attempt to get the local cable company to video record a song or two from some of my musical friends and air the videos throughout the day on the local cable community television station. I figured that showing random music videos during the day would be a nice way to break up the static programing on the station at the time.
The powers that be at that time liked the idea of putting the songs on the station but what they really wanted was an entire program. After a little bit of talk and planning . . . Stay Tuned was born.
It was green, I was a newbie to things like this and was learning as I went along. That being said, I still think we produced some incredible shows and featured some amazingThe cable company at the time (Adelphia)
