Back in 2000 or 2001 the idea for the Stay Tuned show was conceived. The show itself was born out of an attempt to get the local cable company to video record a song or two from some of my musical friends and air the videos throughout the day on the local cable community television station.
The cable company asked if we could produce a whole show and that's what we did. It was a simple, one camera, set up and it's not recorded in high definition, but the shows still stand the test of time (in my humble opinion)
This song video is a clip taken from one of those programs. Grammy winner, Tim O'Brien has always been one of my favorite singer songwriters and musicians. His career and his musical taste is very eclectic but no matter what he does, he always amazes me. Check out his newest release "Pompadour" and visit his website at http://timobrien.net.
