5. Agree on preferred ways to enhance ongoing communication

Potential downsides:
1. Will the client feel comfortable enough to share their honest feedback?
2. Situations change frequently and quickly, how much time should you invest in this exercise and how reliable are the results?
3. Should they be carried out by the agency or an independent third party?
