The glutes are talked about A LOT. Remember the famous interview about Tiger Woods being "unable to activate my glutes." While I have a lot of arguments against what he was trying (or thinks he was trying) to do, I do believe the glutes are an important group of muscles, for golf and many other sports. It's worth learning the best was to train them for the golf swing. In this video, that's what I will do
