The workout: Using just one Kettlebell each (mine 16kg/35.2lbs, Ludvig 24kg/52.9lb) we are going to smash through a super sweaty and fun EMOM workout. EMOM stands for "every minute on the minute". You'll perform a certain amount of reps of each different exercise given on the minute, and rest until the next minute rolls around.
For example, well do 25 Kettlebell Deadlifts, then rest until we hit minute two, then move onto doing 15 Hand Release Push Ups, rest until minute three, then we'll do our 25 Kettlebell Swings, and rest til minute four. Minute four is a "max out minute" meaning we'll perform as many burpees as we can for the entire minute, followed by minute five, which will be a complete rest.
This workout is FUN yet intense. We were sweaty like mad by the end, but we felt AWESOME and REFRESHED. Please do take this at your own pace. Decrease the amount of reps per minute if you need to, and take the burpee to step out burpees like I demonstrate in the video.
