Hey Hey team!! Are you ready for my favourite workout of the challenge yet? This ones a tough, but a goodie! #fullbodystrength #homeworkout #noequipmentworkout
Today we're working through two circuits, each has five full body strength and muscle building exercises. We're gonna repeat these three times round. Work time is 45 sec on / 15 sec rest. Please do take more rest if you need it! This workout requires no equipment and has no jumping!
We're targeting our ENTIRE BODY today and you (should) get a good sweat on! We're taking it up a notch by throwing in some challenging twists to familiar exercises, such as pike push ups with one leg elevated and walk down planks or inchworms with a leg elevated. I do of course offer easier alternatives in the previews on the screen :)
