First Trains After Christmas! CSX Maintenance Of Way Equipment Zone, Fast Trains In Walton Kentucky

These Trains Are In Crittenden, Walton And Erlanger, Kentucky On CSX And NS.
I got the very first CSX train to pass over the CSX Short Line after Christmas. The train is seen passing the MOW facility in Walton, Kentucky. This is the L411 heading to the industrial branch line that runs up stream along the Ohio River to Ghent, Kentucky. The train will enter the line at Worthville, Kentucky. I filmed the train on the Short Line. An intermodal went through LaGrange northbound around 2pm and was the first train through LaGrange since the day before Christmas. However, the intermodal never got to Walton before dark and the L411 was the first train to pass. I got it at 1:52pm. We also see MOW equipment on the siding, a high rail excavator and a high rail truck inspecting the track.
The first 2 Norfolk Southern trains in this video are seen passing a railroad crossing just outside of Crittenden, Kentucky. One of them had a DPU on the rear and one of them was really booking. This is one of my favourite railroad crossings. See the Google Map in the video.
I also got a fast Norfolk Southern Train in Walton at the Church Street Crossing. This is right next to the Veterans Memorial and behind the police station. Check out the eagle that over looks the crossing.
On my way home I heard a train on my scanner returning to the yard in Erlanger, Kentucky. It turned out to be a local returning from doing railroad switching and was just a locomotive running light. That was still pretty cool though.
