Get a good warm-up (10 mins) before a focused upper-body and core workout. All you need is one set of moderate weights but if you have a few sets to choose from all the better. Grab your water bottle and mat and let's go! Boost your metabolism to boost your weight loss.
1. chest press/row 2. chest fly/reverse fly 3. bicep curl/tricep overhead press-up
Core: curl up using weight with extended legs;
Stretch for the last 8 mins.
