INGREDIENTS 🥣

50g cocoa powder (30% cocoa)
50g unsweetened cocoa powder (100% cocoa)
270g crushed milk chocolate
5g coffee powder
15ml vanilla extract
5g fine salt
120g all-purpose flour
3 eggs (room temperature)
250g unsalted butter
350g white sugar

INSTRUCTIONS 📋

1. In a large pot, melt 250g of butter for 20-30 seconds.
2. Add 400g sugar to the melted butter.
3. Use a sifter to add both types of cocoa (50g of each) and coffee powder.
4. Fold the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
5. Add in the 3 eggs, 15ml vanilla, and 5g of salt.
6. Fold and stir until the batter looks creamy.
7. Crush 270g of milk chocolate tablets and add them to the batter.
8. Add 120g of flour and gently mix everything until the flour is no longer visible.
9. Grease a baking tray with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
10. Ensure the parchment paper is well-fitted in the tray.
11. Smooth it out to get an even layer
12. Bake in the oven in 350°F / 180ºC for 40-45 minutes
13. Let it cool completely before cutting
