I know 99% of the property creators online are buyers agents pushing their narrative of how important they are and how much you need them.
But here's an alternative, fresh take - you don't have to.
Matter of fact, when you run the numbers and start to scale, the $25k buyers agent fee starts to add up and can actually limit you from scaling further.
In this video I break down 2 approaches to purchasing an investment property and scaling a portfolio - one is using buyers agents the other is the DIY method.
