A story of people that care about coffee, and the world in which it's grown.
Our friends at the Tasmanian Organic Coffee company only use beans from small farms that grow them organically in a permaculture. The coffee beans are then roasted without gas, in a hot air roasting chamber powered entirely by solar energy. The coffee is sold in completely compostable bags! The journey of each cup starts in the Himalayas of Nepal, and ends in the island state of Tasmania, in Australia.
