This is my favorite Simple Chicken Salad Recipe ever. Very easy to make and you can do it in minutes.
The combination of celery and green grapes with the roasted chicken will take you to a difference experience, I really don't know how to explain you have to try it yourself.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 300g or 3 Medium size
Black pepper
Salt
Rosemary
Olive oil
Shallot - 5-6 (cut in to half)
Celery - 1 stem
Green Grapes - 8-10
Chive
Mayonnaise - 2 tbs
