Ingredients:
1 pound (500 g) potatoes.
2 onions.
Vegetable oil.
1 carrot.
1 canned tuna.
Salt, pepper.
100 g butter.
100 ml milk.
2 eggs.
100 g cheese.
Powdered breadcrumbs.
2 tablespoons sour cream or cream.
Green onions.
Bake at 180°C (350F) for 30 minutes.
