This 15 minute push up and core workout is designed to build upper body strength, core stability, and overall body control all without any equipment! 💪
We’ll move through 3 circuits, each pairing a push up variation with a core exercise. Every circuit is completed twice to maximize strength and endurance in a short amount of time, but feel free to repeat this video as many times as you'd like!
This workout is great for:
✅ Building push up strength
✅ Improving core stability
✅ Quick, effective strength training
✅ Home workouts or travel workouts
Modify as needed and focus on quality reps! Consistency matters more than perfection.
