Homemade (Jugaad) Mascarpone Cheese !
No need to buy that expensive Mascarpone for your tiramisu & dips. Believe me, this one is BOMB & so easy
We do jugaad in 2 situations - one when something isn’t available easily & second for when it is quite expensive.
Ingredients -
2 packs of Amul Cream
Juice of 1 large lime
A little salt
All you got to do is bring cream to a boil & take off the flame. Add a little salt & add lime juice little by little & gently stir. It will thicken & simply pour it onto a colander lined with a muslin cloth. Let it cool & drain, refrigerate it for a few hours & Enjoy !
