AHCA Silver Quality Award P1A1 (2026): How to Answer Org Profile Question 1 + What Examiners Want

P1A1 looks a lot like the Bronze version (because it’s derived from it), but there are two important differences — including the part that confuses almost everyone: “delivery methods.”

In this video, you’ll learn how to answer P1A1:

How to write your key organizational characteristics (think: marketing brochure / “brag” section)

How to list your main health care service offerings and identify their relative importance

What changed from Bronze → Silver (and what comes back again at Gold)

What “delivery methods” actually means (it’s a HOW question, not a “what services do you provide” question)

A simple framework for delivery methods using three buckets:

In-House (delivered by your employed staff)

Outside Vendor/Partner (delivered through contracted providers)

Combination (most organizations)

Helpful examples you can use

In-house: 24/7 nursing care, ADL support, medication management, infection prevention, clinical programs
Vendor/partner: contract therapy/rehab, dialysis support, hospice, lab, imaging, pharmacy consultant services, specialty providers
