In this video, we’re starting Gold 6.1 (Part 1) — How to DESIGN your key work processes used to deliver healthcare services.
Important note: I’m teaching this using the same foundation from Silver 6.1a (Design) on purpose.
Why? Because one of the biggest mistakes Gold applicants make is treating Gold 6.1 like a completely new answer. It’s not. Gold builds on Silver. Your Gold response should reflect the same process-design thinking you developed in Silver — just elevated and integrated into a stronger system.

How to write an answer that clearly shows step-by-step design
