Bullying can have serious and long-lasting effects on the victim's mental and physical health, as well as their academic and social functioning. It can lead to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, as well as physical symptoms such as headaches, stomach aches, and sleeping difficulties. In severe cases, bullying can even lead to suicidal thoughts and u.
Bullying can happen anywhere, including in schools, workplaces, and even online. It's important to recognise the signs of bullying and take action to prevent and address it. Some common signs of bullying include changes in behaviour, loss of interest in activities, and unexplained physical injuries.
