Sky News host Cory Bernardi says Premier Daniel Andrews delivered a “breathtaking performance” at his press conference about the Commonwealth Games.
“Every hand gesture, every facial expression, his glares and his stares, they were all part of a masterful performance. His tone and cadence, and the use of pause for effect, showed a bloke at the top of the communications game,” Mr Bernardi said.
“It's little wonder no-one seems to be able to land more than a glancing political blow on this guy.
“You don't have to like him, you don’t have to agree with him, but in my case, I’ve got to begrudgingly respect him because he has so mastered the craft of communication.”
