How To Be In A Calorie Deficit
1. Figure out how many calories you burn daily. Search for a “calorie calculator” on Google & it will tell you how many calories you burn a day.
2. To be in a calorie deficit, eat less calories than you burn a day. (If you burn 2,000 calories a day then you have to eat less than 2,000 calories a day.)
3. How many calories should you eat? (A 500 calorie deficit daily = losing 1lb a week) & (A 1,000 calorie deficit daily = losing 2lbs a week)
4. How to count the calories you eat? Download the MyFitnessPal app to keep track of how many calories you’re eating a day.
