You may burn less calories than you think you do.
If you’re struggling then track your food or hire a fitness coach that you trust.
2. If you are truly doing everything right, you’re eating correctly, you’re doing your cardio & you’re lifting weights.
You could be losing body fat and building muscle at a similar rate. This is why you weigh the same.
Number two, you might not be giving yourself enough time to see changes.
If you’re doing everything right, just be patient. In one or two months you are going to see a drastic change.
