After several years working in the environmental sector, Yuliia felt she wanted more growth and dynamism. By participating in the mentorship programme of the Women For The Future initiative, she was able to rethink her experience, define a professional direction, and find support in making a career change.
After completing the programme, Yuliia received a job offer from the NGO Greencubator and now works as a project assistant for the Climate Innovation Vouchers project, an environment where her skills and energy are fully used.

The Give Yourself a Chance communication campaign is part of the Women For The Future initiative, implemented by Happy Monday (NGO “Professionals of the Future”) within the UN Women project “Transformative Approaches to Achieving Gender Equality in Ukraine,” funded by the Government of Sweden, and in cooperation with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. The initiative also receives financial support from the Government of France.
