Description: Low impact marching workout. Gentle on joints, but still effective. Begin with a warm-up then on to fun walking sections, followed by a cool-down and stretch all in 30 minutes. I had given birth to my son 4 weeks prior to filming this workout, so it is really great for those who need easy choreography, and not a lot of impact on their joints. Felt so great to get moving again!
