Welcome back to the channel, been super busy with work but still been going hard with workouts , sometimes it’s just nice to not tape every single one, so sometimes I grind by myself and I enjoy it a lot! That’s being said if your subbed i appreciate the kindness and if not maybe one day!?
Todays routine is a simple routine 2 movements - push and pull
100- 3 pump burpees
100- 50 lb kettle bell rows ( 100 each arms)
10 sets of 10- 10 3 pumps , 10 rows u til complete .
And remember get out and get after it while the getting is good.
