This sequence is geared to those who are beginning to train their abdominal muscles and
deep spinal extensors for increased strength and endurance. By keeping the repetitions of
each exercise at 5 you will be successful at completing each set of the variety of
movement patterns.
This sequence will progress through all the ranges of motion: flexion,
extension, rotation and lateral flexion with micro, small, medium, and larger ranges of
motion to challenge your range of motion and stability.
