Whilst this plant-based lasagne cannot be considered traditional, it certainly packs a lot of flavour, we would be surprised if your dinner guests could tell it was vegan! For this video we’ve used our delicious vegan kale pesto recipe, however, you can swap this out for any vegan pesto of your choosing, the possibilities are endless! Ingredients:
500ml vegan béchamel
190g vegan pesto
12 fresh lasagne sheets made with vegan dough
85g vegan cheese
50g pine nuts
