Foot, toe and ankle movement to relieve body pain! There are over 600 joints in the foot and ankle. These joints range from really stable to really mobile. When one part of the foot is tight or restricted, it will affect many other joints. Foot/toe and ankle mobility is something that most people don't do, or do incorrectly. The video shows some basic stretches to assist with pain relief in other parts of the body like knees, hips and backs.
These short ankle and foot mobility drills/exercises will help you improve your body awareness, allowing you to move with confidence and feel less pain in your lower body.
