Used Mycom cool-/freeze installation and in very well maintained condition: This used cool-/freeze pump installation is equipped with the following main components: 3 pieces Mycom screw compressors FM160-L-M with only 9665 operation hours per compressor, 160kW Leroy-Somer E-motor 400V/460V 60Hz, thermosiphon oil cooler type shell&tube, oil pump, eco connection through PM Danfoss valve. Furthermore, this cool-/freeze pump installation is equipped with an EM Polar vertical eco tank with a volume of 510L, EM Polar low pressure separator (surge drum) met a volume of 2145L, EM Polar high pressure storage/liquid tank with a volume of 415L, 2 pieces hermetic ammonia pumps, switch-box with Siemens S7 PLC/touchscreen where built in 1 piece Danfoss frequency controller for one of the compressors, 3 pieces Güntner S-AGVH 090.2A/2x4 air-cooled condenser (if desired, we also can deliver Baltimore/Evapco evaporating condenser). Installation will be delivered with all required P&ID drawings, Danfoss PM control stations, floaters and valves. Mentioned cooling capacity of 466kW is with refrigerant R717/ammonia at an evaporating temperature of -40°C and condensing temperature of +35° with eco and one compressor at 60Hz 3600RPM through frequency controller. Cooling capacity at evaporating temperature of 0 C is 1822kW, absorbed power with same conditions is approx. 495kW.
