1. First, clean and cut the jumbo prawns thoroughly.
2. Marinate them with turmeric, salt, and a bit of sour curd.
3. Next, grind mustard seeds and green chilies into a smooth paste.
4. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the prawns for about a minute.
5. Take a tender coconut, separate the water and the soft pulp.
6. Blend the pulp and mix it with the coconut water.
7. Add salt, turmeric, and the mustard-green chili paste to this mixture and keep it ready.
8. In the same pan, add oil and sauté sour curd, chili paste, salt, and sugar until well-cooked.
9. Add the fried prawns and cook for another five minutes.
10. Now pour in the spiced coconut mixture.
11. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
