March Fast Day 3 | Intimacy In The Unknown | 3.3.26

This Command Your Morning marked a powerful shift in our March Fast as God called us deeper into intimacy in the unknown. Not intimacy when everything is clear. Not intimacy when the outcome is guaranteed. But intimacy when details are still unfolding.

We were reminded that fasting is not about earning from God. It is about drawing nearer. God is not asking us to perform. He is asking us to come close.

This morning, we confronted partial obedience, delayed obedience, generational patterns, rationalization, and the subtle ways we try to edit God’s instructions to fit our comfort. We revisited the story of Saul in 1 Samuel 15 and saw how altering God’s command, even slightly, is still disobedience. Radical obedience requires full surrender.

The Lord made it clear: intimacy is not a moment. It is a sustained walk. And obedience tied to surrender impacts generations.

We addressed generational curses and generational surrender. If patterns can be passed down, so can promises. If rebellion can transfer, so can righteousness. This is the season to break delayed obedience and establish a new inheritance of alignment.

God called us to demolish deceptive fantasies and every thought that resists surrender. We declared that intimacy in the unknown must become our new normal. Nearness over understanding. Obedience over optics. Presence over performance.

The session included repentance, deliverance prayer, a salvation call, generational renouncing, and prophetic declarations over bloodlines, mindsets, and soul ties. We closed in praise, sealing the fast with gratitude and expectancy.

This was not passive listening. This was activation.

2 Corinthians 10:5 TPT | "We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One."

James 1:22–25 MSG | "Don’t fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything but, letting the Word go in one ear and out the other. Act on what you hear. Those who hear and don’t act are like those who glance in the mirror, walk away, and two minutes later have no idea who they are or what they look like. But whoever catches a glimpse of the revealed counsel of God and sticks with it is no distracted scatterbrain but a man or woman of action. That person will find delight and affirmation in the action."

Romans 12:2 AMP | "Do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove for yourselves what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."

Matthew 6:33 AMP | "But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also."

WOW Notes For You To Apply:

1. Identify where you may be editing God’s instructions to fit your comfort.
2. Break patterns of partial or delayed obedience in your bloodline through intentional surrender.
3. Capture every resisting thought and make it bow to Christ.
4. Remove distractions during consecrated seasons. Intimacy requires focus.
5. Stop performing for optics. Choose obedience over appearance.
6. Declare over your life: Obedience is my evidence. Trust is my posture. Intimacy is my inheritance.

Intimacy in the unknown is where transformation happens.
