This week’s video is a full race recap of the 2025 Red Bull Race the Sun — an epic 24 hour relay where six runners from Team Norths set off from Surfers Paradise at sunrise on Friday… and ran all the way to Tenterfield by sunrise Saturday.

📈 Brutal hills.
🌙 Running through the night.

🎬 Capturing the Chaos
This one was a bit different from my usual running videos — no racing for me, but I had a camera in hand the entire way.
Dad and I joined the crew from Norths Run Club to document every step of this epic race.
From the sunrise start to delirious middle-of-the-night checkpoints — this race had it all.

I put everything into capturing the effort, emotion, and team spirit behind this adventure.

🏃‍♂️ Meanwhile… Gold Coast Half is Coming Up!
We're now officially 2 weeks out from the Gold Coast Half Marathon, and after a rough patch of sickness, I'm feeling really good again.
Training is back on track, the sessions are getting sharper, and I’m excited to put together a solid run on race day.

No time goals this time — just effort, rhythm, and seeing what’s there.
