Xu Zhengyuan, co-founder of ORTENSIA Paris, a Michelin one-star French restaurant in Paris. The restaurant earned its Michellin star just one year after opening in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, making him the youngest Chinese proprietor of a Michelin-starred French restaurant in France at the time. He is currently also the operator of Ōrtensia Shanghai. With a decade of dedication to French cuisine, he has transformed his passion into his life's journey.
