Описание: 45 Minute Upper and Lower Supersets with Cardio Interludes - I loved this strength set. We do a focus on upper body and a focus on lower body. The supersets are perfect because when one body part is working, the other is resting. 2 Rounds of each! We will start with a 5 minute cardio hiit, and throw those in between our circuits as well.

Format: 45/15 Supersets 3 rounds each exercise
