Goa Style Tesari Sukka Kokani Style Recipe 😋
A delicious and spicy Tesari Sukka that's sure to tantalize your taste buds! This Kokani-style recipe combines the flavors of Tesari, coconut, and spices to create a mouth-watering dish.
Ingredients:
1 packet Tesari
1/2 coconut, grated
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced (for coconut mixture)
1 inch ginger (for coconut mixture)
3/4 garlic cloves, 2 green chilies (for coconut mixture)
2 Kokam pieces
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the large sliced onion until golden brown.
2. Add Tesari and mix well.
3. Grind the grated coconut, medium onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies into a paste.
4. Add the coconut paste to the pan and sauté.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
6. Add Kokam pieces and salt to taste.
7. Cook Tesari until it's done, stirring occasionally.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
